Chateau Thomas produces all its wines from Vinifera (old world) grapes harvested from the finest vineyards in California, Oregon, and Washington. These grapes are crushed on the West Coast, chilled to 34°, and then shipped to our winery in 1/2-ton bins by refrigerated truck to ensure freshness and provide a cold soak for flavor and color. The entire winemaking process, from fermentation to bottling, is completed in our Plainfield facility.
