Pineapple-Pecan Glaze for Baked Ham (Perfect for the Easter season)
1 Small bag mini marshmallows
1/4 Cup Amaretto
1/2 Fresh Pineapple, Cubed
1 Cup Whole Roasted Pecans
This is a very easy recipe. Just put everything in a saucepan and heat on a medium flame until all is melted together. Pour over your ham at service time.
