makes 1 - 8 inch cake
1/3 # unsalted Butter
12 Oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 C Sugar
3/4 C Cocoa
8 Eggs
1 C Pecans
1/3 C Brandy
1. Combine melted butter and Semi-Sweet Chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
2. In a separate bowl combine Sugar, Cocoa and Eggs.
3. Add melted Chocolate, Pecans and Brandy.
4. Grease 8 inch pan and pour batter in. Bake until tooth pick comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
