6 Potatoes, Peeled and Quartered
6 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Butter
3 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
2 Teaspoons Pepper, Coarse Grind
1 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
Put potatoes in a pot and add cold water to cover. Bring to a boil. Boil until a fork inserted into a potato will come out without resistance. About 20 minutes.
Combine Cream, Butter, and Garlic. Bring to a simmer.
Strain Potatoes, Add hot Cream mixture to potatoes.
Blend until fluffy at slow speed with a mixer. Do not over beat.
