2 Cans Pumpkin
3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Cream Cheese
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Half and Half
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Clove
Pinch of Salt
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Whip Cream Cheese until smooth. Add Pumpkin and Brown Sugar and whip again until smooth.
2.Mix in eggs one at a time. Add the remaining ingredients 1 at a time, mixing in completely.
3. Pour filling into uncooked pie shell. Bake in lower 1/3 of oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook 25 more minutes. You may need to put an aluminum collar on the crust to keep it from burning. |
