8 oz Cleaned Spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sun-Dried Tomatoes
2 cups Heavy Cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Sauté' Garlic and Spinach until the aroma of the garlic makes your mouth water.
2. Add tomatoes and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
3. Stir in Cheese to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
