Serves: 6
Ingredients:
1 can creamed corn
1 Quart chicken stock
1 tsp. cornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup Oloroso Sherry
1 small can Phillips Crab Meat
Heat Corn and Chicken Stock Together. Thicken as needed with Cornstarch. Finish with Sherry and Crab Meat. Do not boil after adding sherry or crab.
