1 Bottle Dry White Wine
20 Mussels, Cleaned
1 Shallot, Diced
3 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Cup Water
1. Combine Wine, Shallots, Green Onions and water in a pan large enough to hold all of the Mussels. Bring to a boil.
2. Add the Mussels and cover. Allow to boil for 5 - 7 minutes.
3. Remove mussels to serving bowls. Pour broth over mussels. |
